I have really enjoyed xPeeps. The site is incredibly easy to navigate, no pay problems as of yet, and there's really a lot of potential there, especially with RealTouch.
I have had issues lately getting their external HD broadcaster to work, and the traffic can be really slow at times. But most of the traffic is a great deal more respectful than other sites, I believe that has to do with the whole quality vs. quantity discussion.
The 70% is great, and I love the fact I can promote my Twitter and Skype shows there, and even take payment for Skype via the tokens and they don't care. The digital signup as also great, because for whatever reason, most companies don't and I lack a scanner.
Overall, xPeeps and Streamate are my two primary sites.
