"I think I love you..."

So this will be my 3rd week camming and I've gotten a long pretty well. However, I've had multiple men say things like "You're my dream girl" "I think I love you" and "I'm falling in love". I never know what to say and I'm starting to find it more and more awkward. I don't really think most of them REALLY think that, I think they are just saying it? I also think it makes them feel closer but I've come across one or more people who just really rub me wrong.
I've never said "I love you" or anything similar back but I always feel rude leaving them hanging and I don't think it helps fix the situation. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!!
