yes but both sites are not adult work friendly so try to don't be explicit, twitter can apply shadowban and instagram delete your account.

In twitter you can have a bit more freedom to post your publicity for webcam, contents but instagram only as a MODEL. I lost many accounts before learn how to use it properly.
