is anyone have trouble with stream I can't acess my streaming page

So for the past 30 mins I have not been able to get to my streaming page the screen is blank so I can't see anything I have refreshed my page about 10xs and I still can't access it. I have sent streamate a email but who knows how long it will take for them to get back to me Can anyone help me thanks
