Is it still possible to make money?

I'm young, okay looking ( there is an audience for everyone I reckon) and a lot of things. I have a great personality and can "put on" a lot of different characters etc. Camming is something that I've always wanted to try as you can do it from the comfort of your own space and I'd be lying if the potential to make a lot of money wasn't intriguing. But is it still possible to make a living camming on such an incredibly heavily saturated platform anymore? Is there even a point for newbs to bother anymore? Or will they get lost in the shuffle only having about 75 people at their shows sitting there for what seems like hours just for 1 or 2 tokens? ( I've been studying cams and this is what I see a lot of)

It all depends on what sites you choose to work and how dedicated you are. I see models logging in for an hour a day and then complaining they make no money.

Work it like a job and it will pay you like a job.

Try different sites and even learn to run several sites at once. I prefer private-based sites and don't perform for tips at all. You need to find a style of camming that suits your personality. Some do better on private sites and some prefer performing for tips.
