Is this a studio?

I got a message today from Streamate about a company called promotemycam and all the benefits right away I thought it's a studio but they claim not to be, does anyone work with them or heard of them? I'm not ready to give anyone even 1% of my 35% lol

i have heard some promoters take 15%, but i don't think i would pay a penny for promoting, every day i pray SM payed us at least 40%, though i guess if they raise %, traffic drops, they pay 30% to affiliates, so everyone is promoting them because it looks like the highest percent ever.
Even on LiveJasmin they are willing to pay models up to 60%, SM just doesn't love their models
