I was going really heavy with the ban hammer for the past month.
I started using a verification system on Skype. Is someone is verified for buying a show, they get a (v) in front of their name. This is still a work in progress because some people wait months before they buy a session again, so normally I'll do a mix between checking the conversation history and my verification system (v).
Anyways, being too ban-hammer friendly is a bad idea. I have blocked a couple people who have bought one or two shows in the past because I didn't check the conversation history thoughtfully enough.
Be careful! They will contact you if you are lucky and ask what happened. Even if it's an honest mistake, be careful and do your research before blocking!
