Hi. What lights are you using for a good broadcasting? I bought studio lights (umbrella) but I find it too strong and it makes my eyes tired. But the image is perfect . Do you think that white lights can harm the eyes?

Eye stain, headaches, migrangines, nausea, it can harm a lot more than the eyes.

I just use regular lamps, i save my professional stuff for photos are videos, its way too hot to be camming for hours under. Are you using the lights rights? the back of the umbrella is supposed to be facing you not the light bulb part.
