LiveJasmin is a very strict site. They want you to have at least 4mbps upload speed. I had to upgrade my internet plan because of this. Not sure why but I assume their site is a very powerful site or something. Also on their site you have to have a very powerful desktop or labtop. They have lots of rules but they also in my opinion & from my experience has the best traffic.
