Looking for help/suggestions/advice on dealing with cam lag

I've been on Chaturbate a dozen times or so and the last few times I'm finding the lag to be almost a "show stopper"... I had a hard time even getting my cam to broadcast in the first place. Luckly someone suggested to try a browser other than Chrome. So I'm using Firefox now and that is where I'm getting the lag. It only happens on Chaturbate. My internet connection is very good and I've cleared the cookies/temp files but no luck. for those that use Chaturbate, when I'm broadcasting, my FPS is usually below 7.

What is your download and upload speed? Upload speed has the greatest affect on streaming. Also does CB have you use an encoder like Streammate? Your bitrate can not exceed 50% of your upload speed while streaming. More than that causes lagging and pixelation.
