Lovense Android disconnect issues

Hi!!! I was curious if anyone else has had and issue with being connect to both the Lovense connect app and the remote at the same time on Android 12. I am able to connect to both on iOS flawlessly, but I'm currently using my iPhone to record my shows so it is not really accessible for anything else. On my Pixel 3 if I am connected to the remote and then switch over to the connect app it just gets stuck on "connecting".

Hi. we really don't recommend using both of our apps at the same time. It is kinda strange that it would work on iOS for you. As far as I know, even if it seemed to work at first, after some amount of time there would be an issue because the toys can only connect to one app on one device at a time... Sorry for any inconvenience.
