Lovense problems

Hello everyone!
So I am having frustrating isues with the Lovense for two weeks now.
It keeps connecting and reconnecting, if I test tip doesn't stop, and randomly when I broadcast the toys start. Sometimes one toy will respond but the other not. I submit reports and contacted support but I got an answer which I responded but didnt hear nothing fro them.
I don't use the mobile app, i have the dongle to connect. I uninstall an reinstall extension and app... I reboot. Nothing!
I am not making money, wasn't making much, now is a double fuck
Do you guys have or had same problem? How did you solve it?

I solved it by not using the Lov. for tips!
I used to fake it, but too much work......not worth it!

Overall, if it works, i guess its great....... but otherwise, who needs it?
i too spent too much time trying to get help, and tried various fixes, but unsucessful.....
