Lovense Tech Help!

I'm trying to connect my lovense toy to the chrome lovense extension but everytime i scan the QR code an erroe keeps popping up, "Data error, please login again.[A002]''
Please Help!

Sorry about that. Please make sure your computer and phone are connected to the same (stable) WiFi network, and that you use the Lovense Connect app (pink icon) to scan the QR code.
