Sorry everyone I'm sure this has been covered but I don't have to time to search the forum right now. I keep getting an error message when scanning my QR code. I have a good connection and I'm signed in.
Make sure that you have on location and bluetooth on your phone, and toy is connected on Lovense connect app. Then you can scan QR code from Lovense extension
