ManyCam / streaming question MFC PLEASE HELP

Hey, so I'm trying to use ManyCam to stream on mfc but my preview is then disabled. I want to be able to record my stream and also have some cool stuff on my screen at the same time. Does anyone have suggestions as to what to do to do this and how to fix the preview from being disabled?

OBS will be much better that way.
But not sure if mfc provides the possibility of using some visual effects on your video, at least tried it on the OBS and it didn't work for me.
