Meeting Customers

My friend and I performed a group show to make money for vacay. Now that we have enough, there is a customer who would like to meet us and take us out/shopping. I have never seen this customer tip on MFC more than $25 in the 5 months he has been watching me.

My friend does want to meet him but I have my reservations since I have never seen him spend a large amount money, so how can she think he will wine and dine us?

Have any of you met any of your customers. If you have how did you do it? Did you make them send a deposit? Or pay you?

I met a customer a couple years ago for a raffle I had to hang out with me or a day. Everyone who entered knew from the start that my fiance would also be there and absolutely nothing was going to happen. The guy who won the raffle spent around $600 on raffle tickets not counting just random tips.
It turned out very well. All three of us went out to eat, then took our trucks mudding. lol
I had talked to this guy for about a year in my chatroom so I was actually hoping I would draw his name or one other guy that I got to now pretty well.
As far as someone that has not tipped very much, I don't think I would do it. They should have to earn that right in my opinion.
