I've had a few clients like that. Wanting to dox you is a possibility but in my experience that's usually the guys who didn't get what they want and then feel the need to teach you a lesson.
Your guy sounds more like a "nice guy" which can be challenging too... Not asking for anything sexual and asking a lot of personal questions could be his way of showing you how much of a gentleman he is (in his mind anyway), don't be surprised if he asks you out at some point and then calls you all kinds of name when you turn him down.
Or could just be a lonely guy who literally doesn't have anyone to talk to, some just want a friend and are willing to pay for that privilege because they're too socially awkward to make friends in real life. Why try to befriend camgirls? My theory is that they feel we are less judgmental than other women.
