I am still learning how to edit my videos, but I have run into a problem.
I have a high quality video that happens to be an mp4 that needs to be edited. I have CyberLink PowerDirector & Windows Movie Maker both installed to my laptop, but neither of those will allow me to edit mp4 videos without converting them to another format, which, in my experience, lowers the quality of the video.
Can anyone direct me to another free video editing software that allows you to edit mp4 videos, & a safe link to it, please?
