You probably will not be able to upload anything for sale with copyrighted music in it because you are not allowed to profit from it, its actually one of the ways you can try to not be recorded during shows, same as putting movie posters in the background. Haven't had any issues with it in live shows, we play music all the time. Having said that, im pretty sure if the copyright holder was aware they could sue you if you didnt have a license to play it (mayve someone could check this, i quickly googled it and it seems to be the case). In practice, this probably never happens, but sites such as chaturbate automatically mute the entire video if there is any music at all in it.
