My personal website got banned

Hi,

I'm pretty frustrated to find out all my works are gone today. I've been using Weebly to build my own personal website for at least 4 years now, today was the first time I asked tech support for some question because they changed their payment option on how many sites I'll get covered when I upgrade. Anyway, long story short, I got banned now and everything is gone.they said it is because my site is adult content related. Whatever, they started to get too expensive anyway, but it pissed me off a lot because I'm their loyal customer, and now they ripped me off just because I asked 1 question? I just hate that all my hard work are now gone

Where can I re-build a website? something that is easy, I've tried wordpress and blogger and I didn't like those. I'd like to find something that will allow me to put videos, html links, pictures, etc....free would be great but I don't mind paying a little price. Please help !

are these sites web builders? I do not know how to build a website from scratch, that's why I was using weebly because it's easy just to upload my stuff there, type my blogs and then connect my domain name to it. I was looking into Wix and Google Sites, does anyone use those and if so, what do you think about it?
