Hey guys, I was wondering if anybody had the legal info about selling videos through your Myfreecams profile in exchange for tokens. I see a lot of girls do it, and I'd like to too. Obviously I'd need a third party hosting site, I'd heard that Vimeo is good, and was planning to use that.
My main question is how do you cover your butt legally for the 2257 for ppl apearing in those videos (besides yourself)? Does Myfreecams have it or does Vimeo? Or no one, maybe.
Just wondering so I don't get stuck making a bunch of videos with hubby and then not using them, because he needs to keep his background checks clear in the future. He's over 18 (by plenty) but he's trying to keep his name off the stuff if at all possible.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
