New on Stripchat and need help!

Hey guys!
I have tried to get a hold of support on Stripchat since two dags and no luck, can someone help me? ?

1. I cant find my "Stream key" or "Broadcasting key" to set up my stream through OBS stream. Have allowed pop-ups but nothing.

2. Why is There only a small window for Times to add to your broadcasting schedule? Only 9-17 :/

Here is the way to your Broadcasting key: Broadcasting page > Switch to External Broadcast Software (OBS) > Show OBS broadcasting specifications > You'll see a pop-up window with Server and Stream key (Token) information.
