Why do some models never chat at all? In public chat on CB.

Even after tipping them they seem to sit there And do nothing?

Seems counter intuitive to becoming successful on a site?

Not sure what your point is; as the paying viewer, you are free to move on if you don't like the room.
Success depends on matching product offered with enough paying customers, and plenty do frequent such rooms.
