Obs headache

Hello my loves. So, I just got approved to work on Streamate, eplay, my freecams and I already stream on Stripchat. I want to stream at the same time, as I've seen many of you do. I downloaded obs studio to do that. In reality I don't know what the fuck I'm doing and it's giving me the biggest headache.. So, I want to ask.. Is this what you use? And where should I look to understand how to combine all these streams. Heeelp?

it's quite common for people to have OBS issues when it's new to them. I posted on my wall some info which might help, some time ago FYI.
