OBS Portable, does anyone know how to install the OBS Toolset into portable OBS?

Hey all. So my partner set this up for me so I can backup OBS easier and try out new plugins. I'm having difficulty installing the OBS toolset from Lovense, as there doesn't seem to be a .zip version of the installer. Is there a way to manually add these things? Or am I stuck using the toolset with OBS being in the default location. I've tried copying the files from the default location into OBS portable, but that hasn't worked out too well. Any help is greatly appreciated.
