On Chaturbate, I activate the room rule that no one can chat unless they have tipped me (ever). It's not a perfect solution and I might change in the future, but it does cut out all the 'Hey babe - come see me in my room' crap. It also means that I know anyone that does chat has tipped me at least once in the past, which is cool.
