Paid in Crypto

Hi,
I want to start receiving my payments fron BongaCams in crypto, but I haven't really used crypto before.
Can anyone who use payout in crypto advice on which wallet/exchange to use?
And can there be problems when cashing out crypto to my bank?

I have used coinbase, that's the only experience i have with crypto but i think its really expensive! You lose a lot of money with the transfers.
