paxum rateand other issues

I heard withdrawing money with paxum is pretty expensive just like pyoneer/firstchoice. Has any of you tried withrowing money with ur paxum card, if so how much where you charged? support said it only cost 2$ but i dont think it WASNT as cheap in the past...
