Does anyone know if I can get the money out of my Paxum without paying any tax? and if so, from which ATM could I? I live in Spain

Before their crazy and unworkable fees, I stopped using Paxum after the accusations of the CEO arose. It goes against my morals to support someone like that. I personally don't think they will be around much longer; anyone with funds there may end up in the same boat as ePayments, too high risk for my liking.
