Pc streaming problem

I have a new computer with AMD processor.I have problem with my stream.. is very low quality everywere, i have the logitech bbc950 camera, i use a splitcam. On Skype my quality is perfect. But on Streamate, Xcam and Jasmin the quality is very bed.. a lot pixel, not HD icon anymore. I tryed to use two different splitter, But nothing changed. I talked with Jasmin support and they told me, that support only Intel CPU.
For the other website i dont find nothing about. Any idea how to resolv this problem?

Pixelated means your webcam resolution is not set the same everywhere

I dont have an intel CPU and I have never had an issue steaming on LJ
