Plexstorm: Has anyone signed up or tried this site?

Just read about this site Plexstorm.com in the job section and wondered if anyone is on here. If so, do you like it?

While i have not personally tried it, one of my camming buddies has and likes the site quite a bit. the down side is that you have to bring some traffic with you because they don't have much yet.
