Pricing On Chaturbate?

Hi everyone! I'm brand new to camming, I did my first camshow on Friday and earned a bunch of tokens for a newbie! Last night I did my second camshow, and it was slower and less eventful, but I still made something at least.

However some people have come into my rooms to say that my stuff is overpriced? A direct quote is "_____ is the only reasonably priced thing here" ( he was referring to a request off my tip menu, which was only 25 tkns ). I feel as though my prices are my prices, and I should stay firm in what I price them as because it's my body and I make the rates, right? But at the same time I'm concerned that my prices are too inflated considering I'm a newbie with no huge fanbase or extensive experience.

Do you all have any comments? Suggestions? I'm in this for the long haul, so I want to do what I can now to get the $$$ and the fans!

Thanks in advance to anyone who tries to help out~

Hi KinkD! Welcome to the world of camming :)
I have been camming p/t with my b/f for over a year now. When we first started it was really hard to set prices for the exact reasons you stated. In my opinion, yes, your prices are your prices, and your body is yours to do what you want with. There seem to b a bunch of cheapies who try to get more action out of models by trying to say they are over priced. I believe they are just being cheap, or get off on trying to get people to do things for free or for a deal. They are welcome to go into any other room if they don't like your prices. They seem to prey a bit more on new models, we haven't had to deal with peeps like that lately.
We put ourselves in the tippers position for pricing ie: If something on our menu is100 tk that's $10.00 american that the tipper is spending. Would I b happy as a tipper spending $10 on that request? If yes, then, am I happy getting $5 (50 tk) for preforming that request?
Hope this helps a bit, best of luck xox
