Interesting question. Frankly, this problem occurs if cam models are not careful. Yes, it's true you can get recognize from time to time. However, cam models who had customers find out where they live...often bring those problems to themselves. Let me tell you why. Don't get too close to these customers, tell them too much about you, and you will be fine.
But if one goes around telling customers they are their best friends, the loves of their lives, giving out real addresses, mess with 4chan/8chan, giving their real names, and meeting cam customers outside of camming events. That's how dangerous people come to doxxed, stalk, or follow cam models.
