Hello there, ladies n gents. Today i have stuck with Amazon n still at the moment my issue hasn't solved yet. At least i stay without response from Amazon.
I know its a common practice to get Amazon Gift Cards from admirers, so today i have decided to shop with the gift cards (just abt 200 $ purchasing), made orders, filled everything n ...have been blocked. For no reason. They have sent me a form to fill to pass verification. I did it, but when i try to send it back, they told me (exactly):"An unexpected error has occurred. Check your network and try again". The thing is EVERYTHING IS FINE with my network, all works fine but my try to solve bs with Amazon. I did many times , nothing helps. They block my account, removed my cart, n gift cards. N no answer.
I strongly suspect Amazon acts unfair n have no clue, why they have done it.
Did anyone of you face to such misunderstanding and if yes how much time it took you to solve that issue, or if you at all have solved it?
