Problem with camera Logitech BCC950

I use splitcam Visit-X. On the splitcam I see perfect HD quality, also on Skype. But when I stream my quality go down.. Is not a Internet problem I really don't understand.
I tryed with my old Logitech, C920 HD And the quality when I stream is 100 times better than my BCC950. My camera is less than 1 year old
I don't know why this issue.. I have the driver updated, my windows updated, antivirus off..

It sounds like a internet problem .. on the way to your camprovider - not on your PC or PC -> InternetProvider.

it depend which camprovider you are using .. the stream takes severall hops from your pc to the provider - at any hop there could be a problem that slows down your connection - slow connection - heavy compressed image (quality down).

skype has another route - so that is fine ..
