Hello. I'm from Ukraine. I have problems with verification, I cannot confirm my place of residence. I have already sent three types of documents, a bank statement, a detailed bank statement for 90 days, a certificate of payment for utilities. all documents are rejected, the page is frozen, I cannot withdraw funds. maybe someone had something similar?

Hi im sorry to hear this i had this same problem too, i also did'nt had anythingelse to proof my address i could only proof thru bank statement too but that was never enough for them i was so tired of that shit and i joined a studio agency when you join a studio agency you don't need to proof address because you will be paid directly thru your studio.
