Putting cool shit on ur camroom screen?

Ive seen girls w wheels and words popping up on there screen while they cam...anyone know how this is done?

could be lots of things, but if they are using the broadcaster ,that adds limitations. split cam software watermarking for text , If the wheel is non functional they most likely created/copied the image and placed it there. If its functional, its a perfectly sized PIP window and they got the wheel 3rd party.
