I have finally started to be more assertive... and I just had to share it! LOL... My biggest challenge has been telling this guy that I've talked to for a while about my new rules. Maybe it sounds stupid to some of you, but I am not confrontational in real life... so this challenge made me quite nervous.
Long story short, this guy was paying me $25 to view me in cam sometimes for even 45 mins! I felt like I had to say yes to this because we were "friends" and then I realized that this was all bullshit. I don't know this man in real life. I don't owe him any favors, much less sexual favors. If he actually liked me as much as he says he does (he is constantly sending me messages of "I miss you" - sometimes he sends me 5-6 messages in one day to talk about random crap!) then he would pay me fairly or even above what other girls are paid. So now I just feel like he has been taking advantage of my niceness.
Anyways, this is what I wrote to him: For the sake of becoming more uniform in all aspects, I have finally set up a camming rate. As of right now, I am charging $2 per minute through Skype... Through Chaturbate, it is about $3/minute. Money will always be upfront. Unfortunately, I have now been *almost* scammed multiple times by multiple people (including people that I had been talking for a long time.) I was starting to get burned and feel like "fuck all of this." But then I realized that it had been my own fault for making exceptions for certain people. So that I can avoid any more drama and almost scams, I have decided not to make exceptions again and just follow my own rules. I'm sure you understand.
And guess what he replied?! "I understand perfectly" BAM! It made me feel so good... hahaha... I put my foot down for what I expected from him, and I got what I wanted! ^_^ Tomorrow we are having a 15 min show for $30... which is $5 more and 30 mins less than usual =D
