I recently emailed with Naked.com as I had read things about music not being allowed on your website. They have excellent support and answered all of my questions and quickly. I was told it is allowed, just not in any videos. There is also no fine for playing music.
After I cleared that up and another question I went to sign my contract and found this:
In the event that Producer determines, in Producer's sole discretion, that I have performed the Services in a way in which such Services are obscene, defamatory, threatening, in violation of applicable law, in anyway in violation of a third party's rights or otherwise in violation of this Agreement, I understand and agree that Producer shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement 'for cause' and in such event I agree to forfeit any monies earned but not yet paid. After termination of this Agreement, for any reason, Performer agrees not to perform live streaming Services for any other individual or entity for a period of four (4) months.
My question is: would you sign this??
I don't expect to do anything wrong or violate the contract but I have read of some very strange reasons of why a camsite can fire you. (recently someone was fired for being too young) They can keep your earnings plus you can't work somewhere else for 4 months. What authority do they have to enforce this. Does anyone know? Thanks.
