Quiet Air Conditioners?

Does such a thing exist? My room sadly is in the hottest area of the house and circulation is low due to noise privacy issues. So, having an air conditioner would be great and let me cam once more instead of waiting until it cools down.

My room is a small room and it does not have a window where an air conditioner could be placed. Looking for some recommended models/types so I can begin looking around. Any help would be appreciated

I don't see how u can have an AC unit w/o a window. I would suggest using a pedestal fan on low. Good luck!
