Request for REALLY dirty panties...

I am new to this. In addition to camming I sell panties, and someone has requested for me to send them very soiled (not just skid marked) panties. Not something I have ever done before...is this legal? I have read that you can send feces based on the intent (illegal if you are harassing), but I was looking for advice from someone with experience or something lol
