Reselling Clips To Other Studios

Hello all! Been a super long time since I've been on.
Anyways, I was approached by a Clips4Sale studio about reselling my clips. Which means, I'd be getting paid by them to film clips for them to sell at their personal studio. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be getting royalties, I'd just be getting a one time payment, plus them advertising my clip store at their studio. The clips would be 2 minutes long. I've no idea how to price this. Does anyone have any advice? Does this seem worth it? Does anyone have any experience in reselling clips?
Also, they told me they require a signed model release form and my ID. I'm very hesitant on giving away my personal information. It also seems strange they'd want my ID, since I'm already registered at Clips4Sale as being a legal adult.

I'm sorry but that does not sound like anything that Clips4Sale would do. I would treat it as a fake and ignore it. They usually throw contests and seem to have a core group of very OLD studios (like from the early 2000s) that they use in their promos.

I would open a support ticket and paste the email you received into it, just to give them a headsup and maybe they can take action if it's fraud.

I have produced content for other studios, and I do have some experience with THAT.
Usually I charge by the minutes of RAW and UNEDITED high definition video I give the reseller. Once the camera is rolling, we're rolling and they can edit out the parts they don't like or whatever. Pricing depends on the payment method. Because these videos tend to be longer, I charge per hour depending on what it is. 100-200 after payment processing fees (even if it's only 30 minutes) for exclusive content that I promise not to use on my own sites. I usually shoot with a second camera so that I can get content for my sites in these situations Resellers, as per the 2257, get my model release and photo ID and all 2257 info etc so that they can legally resell it- and I check them out THOROUGHLY to make sure it's not an ID theft scam or stalker.
