Residence for cammodels

Planning on making a return to caming but need to find a suitable place to live before hand.. For those of us that don't own houses the noise made while caming can affect neighbors I've had to learn the hard way . Was curious if anyone has ever been apart of or heard of models renting a property together to solve this issue? No need to be quiet if you're all in the same boat I guess. (I have looked into studios but Im not okay with letting them make a cut.)

I used to live in a rented room, I tried to keep a radio playing music near the door, but I got tired of this and saved some money, then rented a small studio apt.
