Selling panties from Europe

Hi ladies,
I am looking for information for the best and cheapest way to send panties in USA from Europe. I was searching around internet and the best offer I found is 40$ for shipping! :S I am located in Western Europe and soon will go back in my country which is in Eastern Europe, so I will be even more far away than US. Unexpectedly two of my regulars want to buy some used panties from me, but if I have to charge them about 40$ only for delivery I'll have to charge them no more than 10$ for the panties themselves...
Someone located in Europe with ideas?

With tracking included, a package from Eastern Europe is usually $20, no matter you send it to USA or UK. But it takes forever to reach the destination, at least 2 weeks, sometimes even 4 if the weather is really bad or it's the holiday season. I prefer sending panties (if they are small ofc) inside a letter, it costs less. DHL is out of the question for this kind of business, because, even if the package arrives in 3 days, it costs way too much.
