Shooting video in the shower

Any tips on shooting video in the shower without getting a foggy lens? I run a fan and try not to turn the shower too hot. But after two minutes my video quality sucks because of fog. With a SLR camera I'd just heat up the lens, but I don't want to heat up my phone/webcam. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!!

Can you zoom in and put the camera in the back somewhere?

Also use more lukewarm water than hot and adjust the contrast if you can.

Keep the door open as well to have the air breath around.
