Skype show break terms of service?

My account was shut down by Skype and when contacted they told me to make a new account but that I had broke the TOS by providing nudity over Skype and sent me a link to this

iv. Don't publicly display or use the Services to share inappropriate Content or material (involving, for example, nudity, bestiality, pornography, graphic violence, or criminal activity).

I was under impression live sex shows and nudity were allowed on Skype?
