I would say Twitter is the best as far as less adult related rules for tweeting your live shows. Instagram is good for sharing teaser photos to lure people to your cam site or other adult creator pages. Facebook is my least favorite due to lots of rules. I use Facebook for my personal social media platform not related to anything in my adult cam career.
