Streamate account blocked without reason, what to do?

I was going online, after made the snapshoot it took too long, I closed for refresh the server, then I tried to go online again but not possible to sig in on my account. I already verify my account, so I think is not the problem. I send a e-mail to support but not answer yet. What do you do in this case? Thanks.

I cleared my history, cache, and cookies and am able to stream now. Hope this helps.
