Streamate and Connection Issues

Has anyone been experiencing issues with Streamate lately?

Last night I couldn't even log into the site for awhile and my boyfriend couldn't either and he was a hotel in San Diego, so wasn't just me.

Then today....ughhh, still so angry...
I did 2 Gold shows and both had connection losses during the shows, the last one it was lost at 30 sec remaining in the show. So essentially the guys got a free show.

I checked my connections and no issues at all, upload speed was 5.61 Mbps and ping was great also.

I am assuming it is on their end.

Anyway, any one else experiencing connection losses? I messaged them and would like to at least try to get paid for the one GOLD show as it only had 30 more seconds to go. If you are experiencing the same issues, please let me know, it could help build our case with support.

I did too!!! I yesterday was fine...I did four shows without a problem..but today I couldn't even log on. It kept saying that my cam was idle and to try again. But I split my stream to another site and I got online there without a glitch. YES...HELP IF YOU CAN!!!
