Streamate Error - unable to Start My Show

I cant get on Streamate whatsoever! Ive just joined up so this is my first time trying to attempt to broadcast.

I hit 'Start My Show' and I get a system error - I hit retry and I just get a blank screen. Ive tried it on Chrome, Mozilla and IE and I even reinstalled Flash Player. I have the latest version of Flash installed.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
